LA VOLTA
Langhe DOC Sauvignon
Our Langhe Sauvignon La Volta derives from vineyards grown on well-exposed hillsides, where limestone soils, dry conditions, and a rich presence of quartz sands and fine clays create the perfect balance of freshness, structure, and complexity. It’s here that white grape varieties are able to express their identity at their best: distinctive aromas, mineral tension, and an extraordinary capacity to evolve over time. A terroir that gives the wine character, elegance, and an authentic soul.

Soil
Marine sedimentary origin, Arenarie di Diano (sand 52% - silt 32% - clay 16%), Tortonian landform, created 10 million years ago.

Gastronomic
Pairings
On the palate, it stands out for its remarkable harmony, elegantly pairing with baked fish dishes, creamy vegetable or mushroom risottos, white meats, and fresh goat cheese. These pairings enhance its freshness, aromatic refinement, and natural elegance.
