All the vineyards are situated in the municipality of Gavi, the most famous area of the entire production region. The hills are predominantly composed of clay and limestone soil, sandy marls and very fine silt, that give the wine a structure with a high concentration of nutrient minerals and ensure that it can rapidly express its bouquet.
Organoleptic
characters
The colour is a light straw yellow with pale green hues. The intense and refined aroma has fruity and floral notes, reminiscent of Golden Delicious apple and green almonds, with a strong scent of chamomile flowers. The taste is elegant, harmonious and persistent, sapid, with balanced mineral notes.
Gastronomic
Pairings
It is ideal with shellfish and all fish courses. It makes for a pleasant pairing with risottos with vegetables, tasty salads and fresh or medium-ripened cheeses.
