Langhe
Langhe DOC
The word Bricco (Bric, in the Langhe dialect) refers to the top of our hills, whose limestone soils, rich in quartz sands and very fine clays, ensure broad structure and immediate expression of the bouquet. It is in these soils that white grape varieties find the ideal conditions to fully express their potential.

characters
The colour is a light straw yellow with pale greenish hues. The aroma combines fruity notes of peach and apricot with scents of almonds, robinia flowers and hawthorn. The taste is full, fresh, sapid, fragrant, delicately mineral: it flows lightly on the palate, but you will not forget it soon.
Gastronomic
Pairings
Ideal for delicate starters with intense taste such as vitello tonnato, flans with vegetables, light first courses, stewed or boiled white meats, raw or marinated fish.
