BOSSET
Dolcetto d’Alba DOC
To express its qualities optimally, Dolcetto d’Alba prefers vineyards with a good slope, predominantly composed of limestone soils, rather loose, with a significant percentage of quartz sand and very fine silt, alternated with firm layers of gray sandstone. This soil composition gives modest vigour to the vine and enhances its characteristics of typicity.

Organoleptic
characters
The peculiar soil composition and the temperature-controlled fermentation enhance the characteristics of typicity of the Dolcetto d’Alba grape variety, that by nature makes a ruby red wine with deep purple nuances. The aroma is fresh, fragrant and fruity, immediately reminiscent of marasca cherry. The taste is dry and pleasantly harmonious, thanks to low acidity.
