The colour is garnet red with orange edges. Intense and aromatic scents, reminiscent of the Eastern spices it is made with. The taste is full, warm, sweet and aromatic, and the sensations perceived at the back of the nose are clearly reminiscent of the aroma. Taste persistence leaves a pleasantly bitter note of gentian at the end.
